Transparent billing, every month.

    One ledger per vessel

    Every charge is logged with the full date, category, description, payee and invoice number.

    A receipt on every charge

    No line goes in without its receipt. A quote stays pending until the final invoice arrives.

    Monthly owner statement

    Opening balance, charges by category, payments, closing balance and every receipt link.

  4. 04

    You approve it

    The owner signs off on each statement, and the approval date is recorded.
